Workshop in Paris: Measuring the impacts of OR projects – challenges and experiences

Last Thursday and Friday February 15/16, we had a very interesting meeting outside Paris, the first meeting of the newborn Euro Working Group on Practice of Operational Research – see also the EWG group on Linkedin

Stimulating talks on how to make an impact. Good group discussion (I actively participated to one on OR and machine learning), some thoughts for the future of OR: is machine learning a treat for the OR community?
